PURPOSE:To make possible to feed an insert molded product by lavitating a protruding pin from the molded product, by mounting a feed apparatus fixing plate and a shutter plate to the lower part of the platen of a molding machine and providing piercing holes to the feed apparatus fixing plate and the shutter plate and, after the completion of demodulating, driving the shutter plate to pass a protruding rod through the holes. CONSTITUTION:When an insert resin molded product 6a is perfectly demolded from a mold, the platen 2 of a molding machine is once raised and a shutter plate 11 is moved to the direction shown by an arrow C to open the piercing hole 12a of a feed apparatus fixing plate 12. Because the piercing hole 12a of the feed apparatus fixing plate 12 is opened by the operation of the shutter plate 11, a protruding rod 10 passes through the piercing hole 12a to raise only feed apparatuses 1a, 1b without operating the protruding plate 5. In this state, the feed of the insert resin molded product 6a is performed and, after the completion of feeding, if the platen 2 of the molding machine is raised, the feed apparatuses 1a, 1b fall and a new coil shaped material 6b prior to molding is located in a mold 9a. |
