PURPOSE:To carry out surely proper filling in a desired part of gap formed in bonding part of metallic plate such as automobile body, etc., by keeping a liquid filler blended with magnetic powder at a desired part in the gap by a magnet and solidifying the filler. CONSTITUTION:For example, the thermosetting liquid filler 15 blended with magnetic powder (e.g., ferrite fine powder) is applied to a ring-shaped dent part surrounding the welding parts a and b set on one or both of bonding parts of the metallic plates 11 and 12 to be bonded. The welding parts are piled and the magnets 16, 17, 18, and 19 are brought close to the vicinity of the welding parts. Then, the electrode rods 21 and 22 are pushed against the metallic plates, the plates are pressed, an electric current is sent to the electrodes and the liquid filler 15 is heated and solidified to finish welding.
