PURPOSE:To print lines having uniform thickness by interposing auxiliary sheet pieces which are transmissive to energy rays such as light between a negative film and the 1st sheet or masking film and the 2nd sheet and inflecting either sheet inward. CONSTITUTION:When an auxiliary sheet piece 7 is interposed between the negative film 3 and the 1st sheet 6, the height of the thin line part 21a of the relief part 21 of a printing plate 1 becomes smaller than that of the thick line part 21b by the thickness of the auxiliary sheet piece 7. When an auxiliary sheet piece 8 is interposed between the masking film 4 and the 2nd sheet 61, the mount part 22 of the printing plate 1 becomes lower by the thickness of the auxiliary sheet piece 7 corresponding to the thin line part 21a of the relief part 21 of the printing plate 1. In this case, the 1st sheet 6 is made hard and then restores itself straight elastically to tense the mount part 22, so that the thin line part 21a of the relief part 21 becomes lower than the thick line part 21b. Consequently, bearing force which operates on the thin line part 21a decreases to eliminate the broad deformation of the thin line part 21a, thereby printing lines with correct thickness corresponding to the pattern of the negative film. |
