摘要 PURPOSE:To form a large-sized adhesion image sensor consisting of an extremely large number of light-receiving elements by connecting conductive pads shaped to mutually adjacent long-sized reading elements, which are all arranged at the same intervals, to each light-receiving element by a conductive resin, etc. CONSTITUTION:In a large-sized adhesion image sensor, first and second long- sized reading elements D1 and D2 are connected integrally on a susceptor 1, and light-receiving elements are disposed continuously at the same intervals as the intervals of arrangement in the inside even in the connecting sections of the elements D1 and D2. Conductive pads P1, P2 each extended from light- transmitting upper electrodes 2 for the first and second long-sized reading elements D1, D2 are connected by a conductive epoxy resin C, and connected electrically. The first and second long-sized reading elements are shaped in order to manufacture the large-sized adhesion image sensor, but pad-shaped patterns are left at inner ends when an insulating layer for specifying a light- receiving region R is patterned onto lower electrodes 4, and the conductive pads P1, P2 are left even when the light-transmitting upper electrodes 2 are patterned.
