FORMATION OF THICK COATED FILM

摘要

PURPOSE:To form a thick film with good adhesion by coating a primer paint obtained by dissolving a thermosetting paint into an organic solvent and then a slurry paint obtained by dispersing a thermoplastic resin in a poor solvent on a welded joint. CONSTITUTION:A primer paint (f) obtained by dissolving a thermosetting resin into an organic solvent is firstly coated on the stepped part (d) of a metallic welded can and dried, and then a slurry paint (b) obtained by dispersing the thermoplastic resin powder in a poor solvent wherein the difference in specific gravity between the powder and the solvent is regulated to <=0.2 is coated and dried. A thick-film coating having excellent edge-covering properties can be obtained with stabilized operations in this way.
