The invention relates to a system for preventing condensation in a building or a house having a cellar which is formed from surrounding wall parts and a floor part and is embedded in the earth. The system comprises a heating arrangement having at least one part which is provided in a predetermined position outside the thickness centre of the wall parts and of the floor part, with the result that the ground layer along the wall parts and the floor part heats up and stores heat in it, the temperature of the inner surfaces of the wall parts and of the floor part consequently being kept above dew point.
