摘要 PURPOSE:To execute laser beam cutting with high accuracy even if the speed is high in numerically controlled laser beam cutting of an arc by correcting the delay of a smoothing part in following up the arc by the numerical control which is a servocontrol system and correcting the delay in the mechanical follow up of a position loop. CONSTITUTION:The extent of the movement of one block is calculated 2 by an NC program 1 and is divided 3 to the extent of the movement of a infinitesimal segment, then smoothing operation 4 is executed. The arc error at which the arc of the servocontrol system deviates to the outside is preliminarily corrected in a correcting part 14 in laser beam cutting by the extent of the movement of the arc. The position loop is outputted by an output part 5 for the extent of the movement of the infinitesimal segment. The acceleration, the deviation in mechanism and error are corrected by a loop delay correction 6 and a driving part 7 is operated. The laser beam cutting with the high accuracy is executed even in the case of the high-speed laser beam cutting by adding the correcting part 14 for the arc error to the conventional numerical control system.
