PURPOSE:To obtain spherical TOFU which is easily handleable and not damaged when it is taken out from the interior of a rubber bag, by packing soybean milk into the spherical rubber bag under pressure, sealing the bag, coagulating it under heating and cooling it. CONSTITUTION:A proper amount of the soybean milk 4 is packed into the spherical rubber bag 3 under pressure, the bag is sealed, the soybean milk is thermally coagulated, and cooled to produce the spherical TOFU 4'. Since this spherical TOFU has a globular shape and has elasticity, the treatment is convenient. Namely, when TOFU is taken out from the interior of the rubber bag 3, a container, TOFU is neither damaged nor deformed, it has resistance to outer pressure during handling and easily treated. When TOFU is taken out from the rubber bag 3, a material having a sharp tip such as the toothpick 5, etc., is penetrated into it, spherical TOFU can be easily taken out by expansion and contraction of the rubber. |
