The kit builds up contact points between the teeth of the human jaw after decay and repair work. A metal or plastics die strip is positioned at the height of the contact point to be reconstructed and a small hole is formed in it by a spherical-tipped diamond drill. - A prefabricated piece of porcelain or composite material and of the desired shape, e.g. spherical, ovoid or cylindrical, with radiused edges, is then clamped between the hole and the wall of the tooth. The cavity is then filled with plastic hardening material.
