In the case of a method for producing sleeveless connections of multi-core cables, especially of mining cables in underground operations, in the case of which the cores which are exposed by insulation stripping are connected individually after unwinding their protective conductor and protecting their insulation using crimping sleeves, whereupon, after having carried out crimping-sleeve insulation over them, the earth-conductor ends are connected, and the cable sheathing is finally produced again on the exposed cores, it is provided according to the invention that, after stripping the insulation from each cable end, equal length cores are left and are connected to crimping sleeves which are arranged side by side, and that the earth conductors are individually inserted into in each case one gap between adjacent cores and their ends are provided with solder sleeves and are soldered, their conductivity being ensured as a result of them being touched by copper shrink sleeves which enclose each exposed core and its crimping sleeve.
