<p>Method comprises reacting a substd. formamide reactive deriv. of formula (II) with a 6-aminopenicillanic acid ester (III) in solvent such as chloroform, dichloroethane or dimethylformamide in presence of base such as potassium or sodium carbonate at -50 to 25 deg.C to give cpd. (I) where R1 and R2 are linear or branched 1-8C alkyl opt. substd. with cyano, pivaloyloxy, methoxy or acetoxy. R3 is 1-6C alkyl radical opt. substd. by cyano, pivaloyloxy, methoxy or acetoxy. R4 and R5 are alloxy, cyano, chloro or trichloro methyl carbonyloxy.</p> |
