<p>PURPOSE:To optimize inventory quantity and to stabilize quality by subjecting inventory management of stock and pressed articles, preparatory plan management of die setting, etc., system for setting pressing conditions, conveyance management and production instruction system to online centralized control. CONSTITUTION:The production instruction system 17 judges the working sequence of the pressed articles upon receipt of the signal from the production condition signal from a pressed article assembly line 5 and the signal from an inventory management system 13 and feeds a signal to the system 15 for setting the pressing conditions. On the other hand, said system emits commands to the conveyance management system 16 and the preparatory plan management system 14 respectively. The pressed articles in an automated warehouse 1 for the pressed articles are conveyed to an assembly line 5 and the pressed articles P of the press line are replenished to the warehouse 1. The system 14 and the system 16, etc. start operating and execute the pressing. Such system can deal flexibly with small and middle quantity production of multiple kinds and is therefore effective.</p> |
