<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a drink having effect on health promotion and beauty, by blending a specific amount of brewed rice vinegar with refined SAKE in a specific proportion and adding an additive consisting of cider vinegar, wine vinegar, UME vinegar, sweetener, etc., thereto. CONSTITUTION:1-5pts. refined SAKE (average 16 degrees alcohol content) is blended with 1pts. brewed rice vinegar and at least one of an additive group consisting of 0.2-0.5pts. fruit vinegar, e.g. cider vinegar or wine vinegar, 0.2-0.3pts. UME vinegar, 0.3-0.5pts. UME brandy and 1-5% UME extract and sweetener is added thereto to give an alcohol-containing health drink, which can be taken in with many effects of brewed vinegar to health and beauty while satisfying the individual taste.</p> |
