摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a low cost hybrid integrated single-dimensional optical sensor suitable for high speed operation by a method wherein the optical sensor is constituted by a transparent substrate, a zonal common electrode layer, a plurality of individual electrodes arranged linearly, a driving IC chip and wire lead parts and the common electrode layer is formed by laminating a transparent electrode layer and an opaque electrode layer and the opaque electrode layer is provided with pattern parts protruded to the wiring direction of the wire lead parts. CONSTITUTION:A totally zonal opaque electrode layer 3 in which a stripe-shaped aperture 2 is provided and a transparent electrode layer 4 are formed on a zonal transparent substrate 1 in this order of layers. Wire lead parts 7 are connected to respective individual electrodes 6 and at least one driving IC chip is mounted on the part of the substrate 1 where those wire lead parts 7 are provided. The respective wire lead parts 7 have to be extended to predetermined positions and the wire lead parts 7 at the upper and lower end parts are short and the wire lead parts 7 at the middle part are long. The dispersion of wiring capacities created by variation of the pattern shapes of the wire lead parts 7 is corrected by varying the facing areas between the wire lead parts 7 and the opaque electrode 3 with pattern parts 10 protruded from the opaque electrode 3 and the capacity distribution is made uniform. Therefore, no special signal processing is necessary and the optical sensor can be realized with a simple circuit configuration.
