A thrust generator, without any loss of reaction mass, for aircraft and space vehicles, in the case of which energy is converted into thrust force which can be controlled and regulated without so-called "supporting masses", that is to say reaction masses leaving the system, being used for this purpose, in that masses (5) orbit around an orbiting axis (6) in an orbit (8), at a distance (11, 12) which becomes larger and smaller, the orbiting speed changing during each orbit and in this way different centrifugal force and reaction force effects being produced whose difference is used as a thrust force in a direction (13) which can be controlled linearly. <IMAGE>
