PURPOSE:To produce seasoned boiled eggs in a short time efficiently and easily, by heating eggs in eggshells and immersing immediately them in a seasoning solution at a temperature lower than that of the eggs. CONSTITUTION:Eggs in eggshells are heated with hot water or hot steam flow to produce boiled eggs, which are immediately immersed in a seasoning solution at normal temperature or a temperature lower than that of the eggs. |
