PURPOSE:To obtain the method for assembling of a transformer core by dividing the superposing work of steel plates without lowering the characteristics of the transformer by a method wherein an E-type core, having recesses and protrusions at the tip of the leg part, is formed by superposing a long-legged E-type steel plates and a short-legged E-type steel plates, a wide-widthed I-type steel plates and a narrow-widthed I-type steel plate are superposed, and the recesses and the protrusions of the E-type core and the recesses and the protrusions of the I-type steel plate are fitted together. CONSTITUTION:An E-type core 2 is formed by alternately superposing two sheets of the long-legged E-type steel plate 5 having a little longer leg part and the short-legged E-type steel plate 6 having a little shorter leg part, and a recess 7 and a protrusion 8 are formed regularly at the tip of the leg part. An I-type core 3 is formed by alternately laminating two sheets of a wide- widthed I-type steel plate 9 having a little wider width and a narrow-widthed I-type steel plate 10 having a little narrower width. Accordingly, a protrusion 11 and a recess 12 are regularly formed on the side face of the I-type core. The core of the transformer is constituted by fitting the protrusions 11 in the recesses 7 of the E-type core 2. |
