PURPOSE:To shorten a wait time for dehumidification by blowing hydrophobic material vapor to a photosensitive body. CONSTITUTION:The fixing roller 45 of a fixing device 44 is coated with fixing oil such as silicone oil which is a hydrophobic material so as to prevent toner from sticking on the roller, and this fixing roller 45 is heated to evaporate a part of the fixing oil. Namely, the fixing device 44 serves as a hydrophobic material evaporating means which produced the hydrophobic material vapor. Then, a fan 61 is provided to blow the vapor of the fixing oil produced by the fixing device 44 to the photosensitive drum 1. Then, the fan 61 is driven to blow heat generate by the fixing device 44 to the photosensitive drum 1, and the ambient temperature on the surface of the photosensitive drum 1 rises to perform the dehumidification. |
