PURPOSE:To attain a visible display at an arbitrary manification without flickers by providing two thinning circuits and two memory circuits. CONSTITUTION:In the K-th field, a control circuit 5 transmits a thinning signal to the 1st thinning circuit 3a through a thinning signal line d1, sets the circuit 3a so as to obtain a small thinning degree, transmits the thinning signal through a thinning signal line d2 to the 2nd thinning circuit 3b, which is set to be at a high thinning degree. An input data (a) from the 1st input part 1 is inputted to the memory circuit 4a, and written at a high resolution degree in accoordance with the R/W clock e1 of a high frequency from the circuit 3a. On the other hand, since the input data is written in the (K-1)th field in terms of the 2nd memory circuit 4b, data is read out of the thinning circuit 3b with the aid of an R/W signal f2 from the control circuit 5 in terms of the Kth field, and displayed on an output part 2.
