PURPOSE:To make it possible to take out an accurate ion selection electrode signal by suppressing the mixing of electrical noise, by providing a chamber storing org. solution having electric insulating properties such as silicone oil to one of a specimen introducing channel and a specimen leading-out channel. CONSTITUTION:A chamber 30 having about a half amount of silicone oil 32 received therein is arranged on the way of the tube 8A connecting an ion selective electrode 6 and a pump 9 and a specimen 2A or comparing electrolyte 12A is supplied to the chamber 30 from above. Because the silicone oil is lighter than a specimen solution in specific gravity, the silicone oil 32 comes to a state positioned at the upper part of the chamber 30 and supplied into the chamber 30 from a container 38 by opening a valve 34 and operating the pump 9. Generally, because much electric noise is mixed from the side of a tube provided with a pump, the effect due to electric noise can be reduced by providing the chamber 30 between the pump 9 and the electrode 6. |
