PURPOSE:To reduce the variation width of the internal pressure within a pressurized tank generated by the opening and closing of a sealing valve accompanied by charging and exhausting of a material to be delivered to each pressurized tank so as to stably supply a predetermined quantity of the pulverized body to a pneumatic conveyer line, by providing an air feed pipe and a pressure escape pipe in a lowmost stage pressurized tank to adjust the pressure within the pressurized tank. CONSTITUTION:When an upper tank equalizing valve 8 is opened, the pressure within a lower pressurized tank 6 is lowered. Therefore, an operation signal in accordance with a deviation between a pressure signal caught by a pressure detecting end 14 and a set pressure and a variation speed, is applied to a pressure adjusting valve 16 from an adjusting meter 15, and the supply quantity of a pressurized gas is increased for compensating the lowering of the internal pressure. In order to increase the followability of the internal pressure variation of a basical internal pressure regulating function due to the pressure adjusting valve 16, a pressure escape pipe 14 for connecting the lower pressurized tank 6 to the conveyer line 2 through an electromagnetic valve 17 is provided. This pressure escape valve 13 is ordinarily closed, and when the internal pressure of the lower pressurized tank 6 reaches an upper limit value set at a certain width from a preset valve the electromagnetic valve 17 is opened to rapidify the lowering of the internal pressure.
