PURPOSE:To economically form a smooth flow channel surface, by forming a flow channel having a complicated shape from stainless steel by a male mold and pressing a glass base material after softening to said flow channel. CONSTITUTION:A base material 11 and a sealing material 12 having polished bonding surfaces are integrated by fusion bonding generating no dimensional strain without using a binder and the bonding surfaces of the sealing material 12 and a holding material 13 are similary bonded or may be adhered by using a binder. The base material 11 is equipped with columnar shape cell parts 22a, 22b and flow channels 27a, 27b each having a square cross-section provided with an inlet 21a and an outlet 22b are respectively opened to the cell parts 22a, 22b and a flow channel 26 having a square cross-section is communicated with the cell parts 22a, 22b. Each of the opening parts of the respective flow channels to the cell parts is constituted of a smooth curve and planned so as not to generate a vortex or stagnation in the flow of a specimen. Each of these curve flow channels can be formed, for example, by pressing one formed from stainless steel as a male mold to a glass base material softened at high temp. and etching the same. |
