PURPOSE:To enable correct positioning of an insert to be achieved and operations such as removal of stray plastic flow to be dispensed with by allowing the tip of a sleeve pin to be projected along the insert side from a fixed pin on the mold surface and at the same time, providing a projection or a hole on the fixed pin. CONSTITUTION:A projection 5a which fits into the internal diameter of a female thread of an insert 2 is provided in the upper part of a fixed pin 5 provided at the bottom of a recessed part of a die 1. A sleeve pin 4 which freely moves vertically on the external circumference of the fixed pin 5 and releases the insert section 2 of a plastic mold product 7 after molding operation is provided. The sleeve pin 4 has almost the same internal diameter as the surface of the insert 2, and the tip of the pin is positioned along the side 2a of the insert 2 in the plastic mold product 7. In addition, the tip is allowed to fit part of the die side of the insert 2 in the freely attachable and detachable fashion. The stray plastic flow onto the surface of the insert 2 at the time of plastic molding is prevented. Further, the insert molding is made feasible in the horizon tal molding direction. |
