PURPOSE:To eliminate flickers and to attain a visible display by providing three thinning circuits and three memory circuits. CONSTITUTION:A single processing circuit 5 is provided with three thinning circuits 3a-3c and three memory circuits 4a-4c. Data for detecting the position of a subject to be traced and image pickup data are written in any two of the memory circuits 4a-4c, and from any one of them data is read at a a clock different from writing. Accordingly fetch and display of image pickup data on the subject to be traced can be executed continuously, and the visible display can be attained at an arbitrary magnitification without flickers of the subject to be tracked.
