PURPOSE:To allow one single processing circuit to attain high-speed processing by providing plural memory circuits and making other memory circuits fetch data while one memory circuit processes data. CONSTITUTION:The 1st memory circuit 2a stores image pickup data from an input part 1 in the K-th field. After a memory area has gone, a processing circuit 3 enters processing of data on the memory circuit 2a. If the memory area comes during the processing, the 2nd memory circuit 2b fetches and stores photographing data from the input part 1. Accordingly, after the memory circuit 2a terminates the processing of the data, the processing circuit 3 can immediately execute data processing of the memory circuit 2b.
