PURPOSE:To facilitate shaping by providing a mold at the claw step portion of a firing file disc on the side of a punch of a press. CONSTITUTION:When a punch 1 is pushed down to press a material 11', the upper surface of the material 11' is shaped by a die 1a and is expanded as a whole up to the diameter of a hole 2a. Thus, a disc 11 having on its upper surface a radial single-blow claw step part 12 is formed. Air interposed between the material 11' and the mold 1a at the lower surface of the punch 1 is extracted through a clearance between the punch 1 and a die 2, no adverse influence against shaping due to poor deaeration does not occur.
