PURPOSE:To enable the support of a ground wire flat correctly, preventing the damage thereof, by pushing up and holding the thin part of the flat with a part of a pushing and supporting member, and pushing up and supporting the knob of the flat with a protrusion spring attached to the pushing and supporting member. CONSTITUTION:The thin part 6b of a ground wire flat 6 is pressed and contacted directly to a supporting member 13 with a lifter bracket 14, and a protrusion lever 15 protruded from the bracket 14 and pushed up by a coil spring 19 is placed opposite to the knob 6a of the flat 6. The flat 6 can be surely contacted to the supporting member 13 and correctly supported without straining the flat.
