PURPOSE:To enable the molding of plural multi-layer performs and increase efficiency and productivity by arranging a main injector and a subinjector in combination at plural injection positions disposed alternately on the travelling path of a rotary turret. CONSTITUTION:Main resin is injected into a cavity 28 through a nozzle 8, a main resin spool 13, ramified channels 22, 23, main resin runners 16, 24, a multi- layer hot runner nozzle and a gate 29 by the advancing of a screw 7 of a main injector 4. At that time, the screw 10 of a subinjector advances to inject subresin into the cavity 28 through a nozzle 11, 14, a subresin runner 17, a circular orifice for subresin 19, a nozzle tip 21 and a gate 29. In this case, a composite resin stream consisting of a main resin core stream 40, a subresin circular stream 41 and an outermost circumferential main resin circular stream is formed. This composite resin runs into the cavity 28 to allow the main resin stream 40 to form a preform inner layer 43, the sub resin circular stream 41 to form a preform intermediate layer 44 and the main resin external circumferential stream 42 to form a preform external layer 45. |
