PURPOSE:To facilitate assembling without requiring no reinforcing member and to enable accurate measurement, by interposing a detection unit, wherein a fixing side and a force acting point side were connected by parallel beams, to the lowermost end of each of the support legs of a silo. CONSTITUTION:Each detection unit 9 is interposed between the lowermost end of each silo support leg 1 and the foundation 2. The fixing side member 10 of the unit is mounted to the foundation 2 by an anchor bolt 11. The force acting member 12 and member 10 welded to the lowermost end of the support leg 1 are connected at two upper and lower places as parallel beams through two leaf springs 13, 14 to constitute a mechanism. A shearing type load cell LC Is attached to the bracket 16 of the member 10 at one end thereof by a bolt 15 and the other end of said load cell LC is engaged with the bracket 18 of the member 12 through a hanging rod 17 to be pulled downwardly. Because the support leg 1 is supported through the unit 9 as mentioned above, lateral load and bending moment are supported by the leaf springs 13, 14 and no reinforcing member is required. Further, a weighing value is obtained from the output by the adder output of the load cell LC.
