PURPOSE:To form slip prevention patterns effectively onto the shaft face by pressure contacting a shaft through a press body against the pressure contact face of a hard pressure contact body having crepe pressure contact face then reciprocating the press body in parallel with the pressure contact face. CONSTITUTION:A hard pressure contact body 2 is formed with a rectangular resin bond grinding wheel having same thickness with the length of the face of shaft 1 to be formed with crepe pattern then secured. Thereafter, a resilient press body 3 made of hard rubber is arranged in parallel with said body 2 to arrange the shaft 1 between the pressure contact face 4 and the pressing face 5 and to reciprocate the press body 3 while pressing the shaft by means of the press body 3. Consequently, the shaft 1 is formed with crepe pattern on the surface while rotating.
