METHOD FOR ACCLERATING SINTERING PROCESS UNDER REPEATED PULSE PRESSURE

PURPOSE:To facilitte the adhesion of a green compact to a body to be joined by diffusion and to accelerate a sintering process by repeatedly applying pulse pressure to the green compact and the body to be joined in a period in which pressure is relieved. CONSTITUTION:Pulse pressure is repeatedly applied to a green compact and a body to be joined by diffusion in a period in which pressure is relieved. A transient phenomenonis reproduced and the rate of sintering is increased as compared with the rate of sintering under static pressure.
