The composition contains 5 to 30 % of a carbamoyloxyphenyl carbamate corresponding to the formula: <IMAGE> in which R1 denotes an alkyl radical optionally substituted by a halogen atom, R2 denotes a hydrogen atom or an alkyl radical, R3 denotes an alkyl radical optionally substituted by a heterocyclic radical, a cycloalkyl radical or an aryl or aralkyl radical optionally substituted by a halogen atom, or else one or more alkyl radicals or one or more haloalkyl radicals or alkoxy radicals or one or more thioalkyl radicals, R4 denotes a hydrogen atom or an alkyl radical, R3 and R4 can form together with the nitrogen atom to which they are linked a heterocyclic nucleus which may contain other hetero atoms chosen from nitrogen and/or oxygen. - 30 to 70 % of an organic solvent - 10 to 30 % of a mineral petroleum oil - 5 to 15 % of an emulsifying agent.
