PURPOSE:To make it possible not only to lower heat resistance of a hairpin conductor to residual heat but also to perform quality printing at a high speed, by arranging one end of the hairpin conductor over the outside of partial glaze. CONSTITUTION:A hairpin conductor 3 is arranged so as to extend one end thereof to the outside of partial glaze 1. A substrate 5 is usually formed of ceramic and has heat conductivity far higher than that of the partial glaze and the hairpin conductor 3 itself comprises a good heat conductor. Therefore, heat resistance escaping from the partial glaze 1 and the heat generating resistance part to the substrate 5 through the hairpin conductor 3 becomes extremely small and heat dissipation becomes well. The area of the hairpin conductor itself becomes large and the heat dissipating are to the surface of a head becomes large. |
