PURPOSE:To constitute a printer which is flexible in connection with other apperatus by allowing the reflecting plate of a reflecting mirror or reference part provided to integrally with the reflecting plate to abut on a reference positioning part provided to a part of a constituent member which supports a photosensitive body. CONSTITUTION:When a cartridge 8 is replaced or inspected, an opening/closing lid 12 is opened outward around a hinge 22 and the reflecting mirror 13 is placed at a nonoperation position to open an opening 21 through which the cartridge 8 is taken out and put in a printer body 23 again through the opening 21 and the opening/closing lid 12 is rotated counterclockwise around the hinge 22 to close the opening 21, so that both end parts of the reflecting mirror 13 abut on the reference surface 15 for reflecting mirror pressure positioning. In such a state, the lid 21 is not closed sufficiently and when the lid 12 is further pressed, the lid 12 closes the opening 21 against the spring force of a reflecting mirror support member 14 and a fixing means such as a latch locks the lid 12. Consequently, the oscillation and play of the lid 12 are absorbed by the reflecting mirror support member 14. |
