PURPOSE:To obtain a particular fancy spun yarn having multi-colored fancy slub, by attaching a fiber bundle-feeding apparatus to a rotor-type open-end fine spinning frame and feeding the fiber bundle continuously or intermittently to a combing roller. CONSTITUTION:A staple fiber bundle 1 such as sliver is supplied by the feed roller 2, and a fiber bundle 5 such as roving is supplied by the feed rollers 6. Both bundles are sent through the combing roller 3 to the inner surface of the rotor 4. A fancy air-spun yarn 7 having various yarn forms such as a slub having uneven thickness and a yarn having different colors arranged alternately along the length can be produced by intermittently driving the feed roller 6. |
