<p>PURPOSE:To improve cleanness of cold rolling oil and efficiency of rolling by detecting concentration of mixed solution in a mixing tank and concentration of reclaimed oil in a clean tank and controlling concentration of mixed solution and reclaimed oil automatically. CONSTITUTION:The waste oil used for rolling work of a rolling mill 1 is recovered and collected in a dirty tank 2. After filtering the oil by a magnet filter 21 and a Hoffman filters, the oil is led to a clean tank 4. The crude oil and pure water to be replenished to the tank 4 are mixed in a mixing tank 5, and the mixed solution of specified high concentration for replenishment is prepared beforehand. Supply tubes 51, 6 that lead the mixed solution and warmed pure water to the tank 4 are provided separately. The concentration of reclaimed oil in the tank 4 and the concentration of mixed solution in the tank 5 are detected, and the concentration of reclaimed oil in the tank 4 is controlled automatically to specified set value.</p> |
