<p>PURPOSE:To suppress ocurrence of defect such as remaining bubbles, etc by forming liquid flow paths and liquid chambers between a substrate and a cover plate by walls that are made of hardened film of photosensitive resin and by making the largest width of the above wall portions to be less than twice of the smallest width. CONSTITUTION:Liquid discharge pressure generating elements 2 are arranged on a substrate 1, and wall portions 6A, 6B that form liquid flow courses with photosensitive resin hardened film and supporting walls 6C that do not directly contact with liquid but that are necessary for joining with a cover plate 7 are formed. Widths LA,LB and LC of the above wall portions are defined as LA= LB, 2LA>LC. In the above manner, when the cover plate 7 is joined with the upper surface of wall portions of the substrate 1, the ocurrence of remaining bubbles is suppressed and a satisfactory condition of adhesion is maintained and a reliability of a recording head is increased.</p> |
