<p>PURPOSE:To enhance dehumidifying capacity and to attain to conserve energy, by providing a heat pump consisting of an evaporator performing the heat- exchange with air before moisture absorption and a condenser performing the heat-exchange with air for heating and regenerating an absorbent or an adsorbent. CONSTITUTION:Air from an air compressor 1 is cooled and dehumidified by the evaporator 11 of a cooling medium compression type heat pump while the treated air is passed through a dehumidifying tower 21 through a four-way valve 23 and further dehumidified by an adsorbent or absorbent 22 to be sent out as dehumidified air. Regeneration air is sucked by an ejector 4 and heated by the condenser 12 of the heat pump to be passed through a dehumidifying tower 21' as high temp. air through a four-way valve 24 and the moisture of an adsorbent or absorbent 22' is evaporated to exhaust moistened air through the four-way valve 23.</p> |
