CONDITIONING OIL COATING APPARATUS OF BOWLING LANE MAINTENANCE APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To change the thickness of an oil coating film with respect to the lateral direction of a bowling lane, by dividing an impregnating material capable of being contacted with an oil coating roller into plural sections in the longitudinal direction of the roller and making an oil emitting amount to each impregnating material variable. CONSTITUTION:In applying oil to the surface of a lane floor after cleaning, a control part 4 controls input pulse wave forms to quantitative pumps 25a-25d corresponding to the change ratio of the thickness of an oil coating film with respect to the lateral direction of a lane to control the emitting amount of each quantitative pump. These quantitative pumps 25a-25d supplies oil to the oil impregnating materials in blocks 23a-23f every hr in a predetermined ratio. The felt being each oil impregnating material contains oil up to a saturation amount and the oil exceeding the saturation amount is transferred to the oil coating roller 8 rotating while contacting with the felt by a power transmission mechanism 18b to form an oil film having desired lane characteristics on the floor surface.
