PURPOSE:To enable granulation and coating under a mixing condition, by arranging an air passing inclined blade held to the upper part of a fixed plate having air passing apertures, an air blow port provided below the fixing plate and a stock material charging port provided above the fixed plate. CONSTITUTION:When a stock material is charged and an air passing inclined blade 5 is rotated without supplying air, only the stirring action by the air passing inclined blade 5 is performed because of the absence of an air stream and stirring, tumbling and granulation are performed. When the stock material is supplied to perform granulation in such a state that the supply amount of air from an air blow port is relatively increased while the number of rotations of the air passing inclined blade 5 are reduced, the air flowing through the stock material comes to a stream directed to the upper part averaged in each place. Therefore, the particulate stock material to be granulated performs motion in an up-and-down direction. That is, the granulation in a fluidized bed is performed.
