PURPOSE:To feed a fine gold wire smoothly without hardening treatment or enlargement of diameter of the wire, by feeding and exhausting a fluid through flow ways onto the fine wire in a through way of a back tensioner body, in order to feed the fine wire together with the fluid through the through way. CONSTITUTION:When a gold wire 5 is supplied, the air is fed from a nozzle 27 through a flow way 26 into a through way 25, and the gold wire 5 is supplied into a fine tube 29 on the air flow along the through way 25. The air fed to the through way 25 is exhausted out of the back tensioner body 24 through another flow way 28, and the gold wire 5 fed into the fine tube 29 is delivered through the first clamper 10 up to the upper side of a capillary 3 by fluid friction with the air within the through way 25 of the back tensioner body 24, and then it receives a bonding action through the capillary 3. Thus, the fine wire is strengthened its firmness by a fluid friction with a fluid, causing to stabilize the direction of feeding to perform a smooth feeding operation. |
