发明名称 REGENERATION METHOD OF COLOR CATHODE-RAY TUBE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To realize regeneration with good yield, by forming an organic film around an anode button at a funnel part when a frit glass, by which a panel part and funnel part are welded together, is dissolving and removed with a nitric acid solution. CONSTITUTION:Before making a frit glass dissolve between a panel part and a funnel part in a faulty color cathode-ray tube, an organic film, which is pyrolyzed at 300 deg.-450 deg.C, is formed by coating an anode button and its surroundings with a solution in which a polymer of ester methacrylate and acrylic acid, or the like are dissolving with toluene. Then, the frit glass is made to dissolve and be removed in a nitric acid solution, to couple a neck tube again, and thereafter the organic film is decomposed and burnt through a distortion-free furnace, to regenerate the funnel part. Therefore, without a bad influence caused by the nitric acid solution, regeneration against faulty tubes can be realized with good yield.</p>
