PURPOSE:To enable to load sheets with the image side facing upward or downward, by furnishing a sheet turn over delivery route to deliver sheets turned over upside down, as well as arranging an exhaust tray along the extension of a non-turn over delivery route. CONSTITUTION:A sheet fed from cassette 1 or 2 is delivered through a registry roller 13, an image processer 14, and a fixation device 16, to an exhaust tray 27. In this case, when the sheet is loaded with the image side facing upward, a flapper 17 turns rightward to face downward, and the sheet is delivered and loaded directly on the exhaust tray 27 by an exhaust roller 26. On the other hand, when the sheet is loaded turned over, the flapper 17 turns leftward to be vertical, the fed sheet is delivered along the inner surface of the flapper, bitten between a turn over roller 19 and a squeezing roller 18, passed through a guide 20 and between rollers 21 and 22 which are part each other, and delivered onto a loading tray 23. When the rear end of the sheet is detected by a sensor 24, the roller 22 is attached to the roller 21, to deliver the sheet to the exhaust roller 26, and loaded on the exhaust tray 27 turned over upside down.
