PURPOSE:To adjust the revolution speed of a bobbin holder at the beginning of winding, by turning a turret table while holding a specific revolution speed after stabilizing the revolution of the holder awaiting operation before the thread is converted, and by controlling the revolution while releasing the specific revolution after the conversion is completed. CONSTITUTION:After starting, a bobbin holder 3' increases its revolution speed to rise to a specific revolution speed at the point b, gets a feedback from signals of a revolution detector 12, and is controlled at a given speed at the point c when a signal comes from a winding control device 11 after a specific time, by a revolution control device 9'. At the point c, the control device 9' stops the feedback holding the frequency of a driving power source 5', turns switches 10 and 10' reversely to rotate a turret table 1, and converts the awaiting holder 3' to a winding position. And at the point d, the thread is wound on the bobbin of the holder 3, and its conversion is completed. Then at the point e, a contact roller 7 contacts a new bobbin, and at the point f after a given time, its revolution comes to coincide with that of the bobbin, when the control device 9' is controlled by the signal of a revolution detector 8 at a normal winding rate. In such a way, the speed at the beginning of winding can be adjusted at a constant rate. |
