PURPOSE:To reproduce satisfactorily plural kinds of information just with a single reproducing head by storing one of two kinds of information by a control means and reproducing the other information by a reproducing means respectively when two kinds of information are reproduced at a time. CONSTITUTION:A sequence control circuit 16 receives a reproduction trigger and gives the instruction data on an instruction track 1a picked up via a head 4 to a storage circuit via a processing circuit 12. Then the circuit 16 discriminates the instruction codes of reading circuits 14 and 15 to perform the corresponding reading jobs. Furthermore the circuit 16 sets a memory 7 under a writing mode to store the video or sound signals sent from the head 4 in response to the instruction given from the circuit 14. Then a video processing circuit 10 or a voice processing circuit 8 is connected to the memory 7 by the instruction given from the circuit 15 the the memory 7 is set under a reading mode. Thus the video and sound signals are reproduced independently or simultaneously through said control actions.
