<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an accurate phase delay change by obtaining an N-multiple frequency signal synchronously with a sinusoidal input wave and counting the M period of a count by a programmable counter in the unit of one period of the N-multiple frequency so as to set a delay based on the count. CONSTITUTION:An output signal 9a of a voltage controlled oscillator VCO9 having a frequency of NXfi and a signal 10a outputted from a 1/N frequency divider 10 having the frequency fi are inputted to a phase delay generating circuit 12, where N is the frequency division number of a frequency divider N and fi is a frequency of an input signal 1a, and an output wave of a binary signal subject to phase lag with a prescribed variable width to the signal 10a is generated. A programmable M counter 15 uses a signal 17a as a load signal, fetches a phase delay setting code from a phase lag setting terminal 13 and counts M-set of clocks (M=3) from the load signal, then outputs a carry signal 15a. The carry signal 15a and the signal 17a are inputted to a J-K flip-flop 18 and its output has a signal 18a. Then the signals 17a, 18a are inputted to an OR circuit 19, and a signal 19a is generated from the output.</p> |
