<p>PURPOSE:To enable to protect and insulate a crossover between each coil by providing a protection eave extending from the flange of one bobbin to another bobbin to protect and insulate the crossover and a guide groove linked from the crossover protection eave to the inside. CONSTITUTION:Two bobbins 40, 40' to which winding has been applied are coupled, making use of locking recesses 48, 48' and locking recesses 49, 49', and then the crossover 3 entangled to the eaves base section 45a of the bobbin 40 is temporarily released. The crossover 3 is wired through the central groove 46b' and the side guide groove 46a of the bobbin 40', and terminated by being entangled to the connection terminal 52. The crossover 3 wired between the flanges 42, 42' of the bobbins 40, 40' disappears inside the protection eaves 45, 45' extending from the flanges 42, 42', and the lower section of the crossover 3 is also protected with the lower eaves 47, 47'. By this, the protection or insulation of the crossover 3 is ensured.</p> |
