PURPOSE:To obtain a simple door opening and closing mechanism by providing a pair of doors disposed by facing an inserting direction and a linking plate for interlocking these doors. CONSTITUTION:When a disk 1 is inserted through the opening hole 2a of a panel 2, its tip pushes up the door 10. It turns upward the inner side of a player against a spring 11 and a pin 10a slides in a grooves 14a. The linking plate 14 moves upward, however, it carries out parallel displacement instead of turning because a pair of grooves 14c and 14d engage with a pair of projecting parts 13c. The pin 12a of the door 12 turns by sliding in the groove 14b and can insert into the disk 1. When the disk 1 is inserted into the player to release the abutting on the door 12, the doors 10 and 12 are pulled back due to the energizing force of the spring 11 and reset to their initial states. Afterward, when the disk 1 is ejected, it is transported to the panel 2 side by means of an ejecting mechanism. Then the tip pushes up the door 12 to the side of the opening hole 2a to turn the door 10 and the opening hole 2a is opened to eject the disk 1.
