PURPOSE:To easily perform a reliability test with its own device, by making the operating condition of the device settable and the operating condition under set conditions discriminatable. CONSTITUTION:Inputs of settings to be tested, testing conditions, repeating numbers, storing items of test results, etc., are performed following a test mode key input. When voltage setting is inputted, voltage values of power supplying lines 3 and 4 are adjusted and, when temperature setting is included, the temperature is adjusted by operating a fan 40 and heater-cooler 43. When change in the setting of a load resistance is designated, a resistance circuit is adjusted by means of a relay. Then, the operational test is performed in the same treatment as that at the time of starting inspection and, when an error occurs, alarming display is performed. When no error occurs, designated measurement is performed and data of test results are accumulated. |
