A hair restorer comprises follicular hormone, adrenal cortical hormone, and vitamin B2. Follicular hormone 0.0033-1.0 mg, adrenal cortical hormone 0.18-2.75 mg and vitamin B2 0.085-25.5 mg are dissolved in purified water 100 ml, of which weight ratio of follicular hormone to adrenal cortical hormone is 0.01-4.0. Hair restoration is accelerated without causing any harmful sided effects.
